Known data limitations

  • Pet count availability from OwnerRez has not been verified against a live account yet.

Security and privacy

  • Clean Report reads only the reservation data required for turnover coordination, never guest names, contact details, or payment information.
  • Credentials are never exposed to cleaner-facing pages, and you can disconnect OwnerRez at any time from Settings → Integrations.
  • Disconnecting preserves your completed turnovers and reports — it only stops future automated scheduling.
