Quick Answer#

During the Turnover Photos step, upload photos of the property directly from your phone. You can select several at once, and they upload in the background while you continue with the rest of the report.

Step-by-Step#

  1. From the Clean Report, go to the Turnover Photos step.
  2. Select photos from your phone's camera or camera roll — you can select a batch of photos at once (typically 10–20).
  3. Photos upload in the background, so you can keep working through the rest of the report while they finish.
  4. Continue to the next step once your photos are selected.

Tips for Useful Photos#

  • Take photos in good lighting where possible — dim or dark photos are harder for an owner to review.
  • Photograph each area after it's cleaned, not before.
  • If your phone asks for location permission, allowing it lets the owner see that the photo was taken at the property, which is useful supporting evidence.

Frequently Asked Questions#

Do I need to label which room each photo is from? Photos are attached to the turnover as a whole; take them in a sensible order (for example, room by room) so they're easy for the owner to follow.

What if my upload fails or is slow? Uploads continue in the background; if you have a poor connection, give it a few extra minutes before retrying.
