SMS Consent

Owners and cleaners can choose operational text messages. Consent is optional and is not required to use Clean Report.

This is the consent step Clean Report shows before sending turnover texts. The same disclosure appears when a signed-in owner enables texts on a property and when a cleaner enables texts on a turnover link. Leaving the box unchecked does not record consent.

Stored as an E.164 number, such as +18165551234. A saved number is not consent by itself.

To stop messages later, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or email cleanreport.app@gmail.com. After STOP, messages resume only when you opt in again on this form or in Clean Report. Changing your phone number requires a new opt-in.
