Linens

For Short-Term Rentals, linens should balance guest comfort with durability, stain resistance, and frequent commercial-style washing. Bed linens are commonly cotton, cotton-polyester blends, microfiber, or performance fabrics. Thread count describes the number of threads woven into one square inch of fabric; for most rentals, 200–400 thread count provides a good balance of softness, breathability, durability, and cost. Higher thread counts do not automatically mean better quality and can sometimes make sheets heavier, hotter, and slower to dry.
