A property's report history is its list of past turnovers, shown on the Turnover Reports tab. It includes turnovers that have been started or completed, letting an owner compare documentation across cleanings over time. Active history displays reports from the last 180 days; older reports move to cold storage and can be restored on demand for 7 days.
What's In the History#
Each entry represents one turnover, showing its status (in progress or submitted) and the date it took place. Opening an entry shows the full Clean Report for that turnover.
Why Report History Matters#
Reviewing a single turnover tells you about one cleaning. Reviewing several turnovers in a row tells you something different: whether a cleaner is consistently thorough, whether the same maintenance issue keeps getting flagged, or whether documentation quality has changed over time.
Archiving After 180 Days & 7-Day Restore Window#
Turnover reports and photos remain active for 180 days. A warning notice appears 30 days before a report moves to archive. If you ever need an archived report back, simply select Request Report Restore — the full request is sent to Clean Report for fulfillment. Once restored, the full report and all original photos remain available for 7 days with zero fees, then safely return to cold storage.
Frequently Asked Questions#
Does report history include turnovers that were only scheduled but never started? No — scheduled turnovers that a cleaner hasn't opened yet aren't shown as part of the reviewable history, since there's nothing to review.
Can I compare two reports side by side? Reports are currently reviewed one at a time; opening two reports in separate browser tabs is a practical way to compare them.
What happens when a report reaches 180 days? It moves to secure archive storage. You can restore it on demand at any time for a 7-day review window, completely free.
