What Happens After 180 Days#
The Clean Report itself — its checklist, notes and readiness status — remains fully visible. Its photos move to archived storage and are no longer displayed inline by default.
Starting 30 days before the archive date, the report shows a 30-day archive notice with the scheduled date. This gives you time to review recent photo evidence before it moves to cold storage.
Restoring Archived Reports & Photos (7-Day Access)#
If you need to see photos from an archived turnover, open that Clean Report and select Request Report Restore (or Unarchive Report & Photos).

- Admin-handled restore: Your request is sent to Clean Report for fulfillment. The archive request status remains visible while it is pending.
- 7-day access window: Once restored, the complete Clean Report and all its original high-definition photos remain available for 7 days.
