Quick Answer#

New accounts get a 30-day free trial covering one property, with full access to checklists, cleaner links, photo reports, and restocking tracking. No card is required to start, and your dashboard shows how many days are left throughout the trial.

What's Included#

During the trial, your account works the same as a paid Single Property plan: one active property, an unlimited turnover history for it, a cleaner link, checklist and inventory setup, and full Clean Reports with photos.

What Your Dashboard Shows During the Trial#

A trial badge near the top of your dashboard shows how many days remain, and the guidance underneath it shifts as you get further into the trial — from getting your first checklist built, to sharing your cleaner link, to a running summary of turnovers completed and time saved once you're using it day to day.

Adding More Than One Property#

The trial covers a single property. Adding a second property while on the trial opens the plan options so you can choose the coverage that fits how many properties you manage — see Plans, Property Limits & Upgrading Coverage.

When the Trial Ends#

If you haven't subscribed by the end of the 30 days, your dashboard will prompt you to choose a plan to keep using Clean Report going forward. Your property, checklists, and turnover history aren't deleted while this happens.

Frequently Asked Questions#

Do I need to enter a card to start the trial? No. A new account starts the trial automatically without requiring payment details.

Can I cancel during the trial? Yes, at any time from Settings → Billing — see Canceling Your Subscription.

Does the trial reset if I add another property? No. The 30-day trial period is tied to your account, not to each property.
