Quick Answer#
Canceling keeps your plan active through the end of the current paid period. After that, your account content is securely archived — never erased — and you can resume automatic renewal at any time before the period ends.
Why This Matters#
Cancellations often come from a temporary pause, not a permanent exit — an owner selling a property, taking a slow season off, or switching tools to try something else. Archiving instead of deleting means turnover history, photos and Clean Reports are still there if that owner comes back.
How It Works#
Canceling from Settings → Billing doesn't end access immediately. Your plan stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for. Only once that period ends does your account content move to archived storage.
While canceling, Clean Report shows what stops once archiving happens:
- Live turnover confidence — immediate readiness answers and photo proof between every guest.
- Your operational memory — fast access to the history behind each property.
- Cleaner-to-owner clarity — one trusted record of what was found, handled, and ready.
Step-by-Step (Canceling)#
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Under Need to step away?, select Cancel subscription.
- Review what happens at the end of your paid period, then select Archive at period end to confirm.
Step-by-Step (Changing Your Mind)#
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- If cancellation is still pending, select Keep my subscription to restore automatic renewal before the period ends.
Frequently Asked Questions#
Will I be charged again after I cancel? No — canceling stops future renewal. You keep access through the period you've already paid for and aren't charged again after that.
Is my data deleted when my subscription ends? No — your account content is archived, not deleted. It's preserved rather than erased or rewritten.
Can I undo a cancellation? Yes, as long as the current paid period hasn't ended yet — use Keep my subscription on the Billing page to resume automatic renewal.
Is this the same as archiving a single property? No — archiving one property (from that property's Archive tab) only affects that property and frees up a slot on your plan; canceling your subscription affects your whole account. See Understanding the Property Dashboard for per-property archiving.
