Quick Answer#
Every Clean Report plan covers a set number of active properties, from a single listing up to 50. When you try to add a property past your plan's limit, Clean Report shows your available plan options so you can choose more coverage without losing anything you've already set up.
Plan Tiers#
Clean Report's published plans scale by the number of active properties they cover, billed monthly or annually (annual billing saves 20% compared to paying monthly):
- Single Property — 1 active listing
- Small Host — up to 3 active listings
- Growing Host — up to 10 active listings
- Property Manager — up to 25 active listings
- Professional — up to 50 active listings
Managing more properties than that, or have a use case that doesn't fit these tiers? Contact Clean Report about a custom Enterprise plan.
What Counts Against Your Limit#
Only active properties count toward your plan's limit. Archiving a property you're no longer using immediately frees up a slot — see Understanding the Property Dashboard for how to archive and restore properties.
When You Reach Your Limit#
If you try to add a new property while already at your plan's limit, Clean Report opens a coverage screen showing each available plan's price and property allowance side by side, with a monthly/annual toggle. Picking a plan takes you to a secure Stripe checkout — your card details are never handled directly by Clean Report.
Frequently Asked Questions#
Do I lose data if I don't upgrade? No. Reaching your limit only prevents adding another active property; your existing properties and their turnover history are unaffected.
Can I change plans later? Yes, from Settings → Billing, at any time.
What happens to my extra properties if I downgrade? Downgrading below your current number of active properties will ask you to archive some first, since a plan's limit only applies to properties that are active at once.
Does canceling my subscription free up my property slots for someone else? Canceling affects only your own account. See Canceling Your Subscription for what happens to your account when you cancel.
