Cleaning photos live inside each turnover's Clean Report. Open the property, go to Turnover Reports, and open the report for the turnover you want — its photo grid shows every photo the cleaner submitted, along with distance from the property when location data is available.

- Open the property's dashboard.
- Select Turnover Reports.
- Open the report for the turnover you're interested in.
- Scroll to the photo grid to see everything the cleaner submitted for that turnover.
Photo Location Verification#
If a property's coordinates have been entered in Property Setup & Sharing, each photo with GPS information shows how far it was taken from the property (in feet or miles). If a photo has no location data — which can happen depending on a phone's camera settings — that information is simply not shown for that photo, rather than treated as a problem on its own.
Frequently Asked Questions#
Are photos organized by room? Photos appear in the order they were submitted for that turnover, alongside the checklist they relate to.
What if a photo shows no distance information? That usually means the photo didn't include GPS data, or the property doesn't have coordinates saved yet. It doesn't necessarily mean anything is wrong with the photo itself.
Can I download the photos? Photos can be viewed directly on the Clean Report; saving a copy works the same way as saving any image from your browser.
