Open a property's Turnover Reports tab to see its recent turnover history — the most recent completed and in-progress Clean Reports for that property, newest first. Reports stay active for 180 days; older reports move to cold storage and can be restored on demand for 7 days whenever you need them.

- Open the property's dashboard.
- Select Turnover Reports.
- Browse the list, which shows the property's most recent turnovers, and open any report to review it in full.
- For turnovers older than 180 days, select Request Report Restore to re-open the full report and photos for 7 days.
What's Included#
The list shows turnovers that a cleaner has started or completed. Calendar entries that are only placeholders for a scheduled future turnover — where no one has started cleaning yet — aren't included, since there's nothing to review yet.
180-Day Archive & 7-Day Restore Window#
To keep your dashboard fast and focused on recent operations, reports and photos remain in active turnover history for 180 days:
- 30-day advance notice: Reports scheduled for cold storage show an archive notice banner 30 days beforehand.
- On-demand 7-day restore: If you ever need an archived turnover for tax, insurance, or dispute records, click Request Report Restore. The report and its original high-definition photos remain available for 7 days once Clean Report fulfills the request.
- Zero retrieval fee: Restoring reports is completely free. After 7 days, the report cycles back to archive storage until requested again.
Why This Matters#
Looking across several past reports for the same property makes it easier to notice patterns: whether documentation has been consistent turnover to turnover, or whether the same issue keeps getting flagged.
