What You'll See#
Readiness banner — a status such as "Property Ready for Next Guest," "Readiness In Progress," or "Property NOT Ready," based on what the cleaner reported.
Checklist — every room and item the cleaner worked through, grouped by section, with any flagged items called out.
Flagged items — checklist items the cleaner marked as needing attention.
Notes — anything the cleaner wrote for you in the "Anything the owner needs to know?" step.
Photos — the photos submitted for that turnover. If the property's location was entered, each photo also shows how far it was taken from the property.
Frequently Asked Questions#
What does "Readiness In Progress" mean? It means the cleaner has started the turnover but hasn't yet submitted a final report.
Can I look at a report from several turnovers ago? Yes, as long as it appears in the property's turnover history. If the report is older than 180 days, you can restore it on demand for 7 days with all its original photos. See View Previous Cleaning Reports and How Long Clean Report Keeps Photos.
