Quick Answer#
When you sign in, your dashboard opens to a single view of everything happening across all of your properties: today's turnovers, restock alerts, a turnover quality score, every property with its current status, and a rolling calendar of upcoming cleanings. This is different from a single property's own dashboard — see Understanding the Property Dashboard for what you see after opening one property.
What's On the Dashboard#
Today's snapshot — three stat cards at the top summarize the day: turnovers scheduled today, supplies that need reordering across all properties, and your overall turnover quality score. See Restocking Inventory Tracking and Turnover Quality Score & Superhost Standard for more on the last two.
Managed Properties — every property you manage, shown as cards or as a sortable table. A search box lets you jump straight to a property by name, address, or cleaner. Any property with an active or overdue turnover is called out with its own status banner — see Understanding Turnover Status.
Turnover Calendar — a rolling view of scheduled turnovers across every property, which you can page forward and backward a week at a time to plan ahead or review recent history. Selecting a specific day opens every turnover scheduled for that date.
Add Property — start setting up a new property from anywhere on the dashboard. If your plan's property limit has been reached, this opens the coverage options instead — see Plans, Property Limits & Upgrading Coverage.
Account status badge — shows whether you're on a free trial or which plan you're subscribed to, at the top of the page.

- Tap a cleaner's phone number anywhere on the dashboard to text them directly.
- Tap a property's address to open it in Google Maps.
- Switch between Cards and Table view for your properties list, whichever is easier to scan for the number of properties you manage.
Frequently Asked Questions#
Why don't I see the Turnover Quality score yet? It appears once at least one property has a checklist and one turnover has been completed. Until then, the card tells you what's still needed to start tracking it.
Does the dashboard update automatically? Yes. As cleaners submit reports, calendars sync, and supplies are used, the dashboard reflects the latest information the next time you load it.
Can I see this same overview on my phone? Yes, the dashboard is fully usable on mobile — a quick-jump bar near the top lets you skip straight to your properties list or the calendar.
